Return and Refund Policy for hobbyjumble
1.1. Refund Eligibility: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Products, including toys, craft kits, due to health and safety reasons. All sales are final.
1.2. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact our customer service team at hobbyjumble@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the Product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
1.3. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund for a damaged or defective Product, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of approval.
1.4. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
